Apart from the daily routine of managing staff, handling volunteers, drafting papers, talking to kids and trying to clear the seemingly endless list of things to do.

- Praying for 3rd Director so we're able to upgrade from non-for-profit to "charity" status in Singapore.

Manpower
- Staff recruitment in Chiang Mai
- Staff recruitment in Phetchabun
- Staff recruitment in Singapore

Operations
- Search for a piece of land in Khek Noi to build the new children's home
- Source for suppliers and design of plastic bags, relief bags and bookmark pouches.
- Source for staff T-Shirt donors.
