Today, I got a reply earlier than expected.
I'm accepted into the Phd Social Science programme, however they would like for me to adopt the coursework and thesis approach. This will entail 1 year of classroom based learning followed by 2 years of thesis work.
But I have dropped them a mail to seek for a waiver as I'm not sure if I can fully commit to classroom work for 1 year, considering my travel & ministry commitments.
So lets just keep our fingers crossed.

Father's Love
Looking at the streetkids all growing up into their teenage years is heartwarming. Just this morning as they sat in church, as they worshipped the Lord, I caught another glimpse of God's mercy.
Sitting there in front of me used to be kids who roamed the streets, ex drug users, some abused by their fathers or have grown up never knowing the father's love.
In many of their eyes, a father was an irresponsible figure, a figure that was never around for them, and for others, its a representation of someone who abandoned them befoe they were even born.
Through all that hurt, how can they ever know of the fatherly love of God?
But as I sat at the pew behind these kids, there was a comfort that God was in control and slowly but surely these broken kids are slowly rediscovering the Father's love.
